Sauna360 Recall 2026: Halmstad and Kiruna Repairs Before Your Seasonal Return

Plan your Sauna360 recall repair before returning to South Florida, with separate bench and infrared records, installer access, and clear arrival instructions.

Before your seasonal return to South Florida, check whether your sauna repair file needs reopening. The September 2026 Sauna360 notices create two separate questions: whether your bench requires another repair and whether your infrared equipment falls under a different recall. One receipt should never answer both.

The handoff below is an editorial checklist for coordinating work while you are away. It is not a manufacturer-required process or a record of previous Black Tie White Glove projects.

Why your 2025 Halmstad or Kiruna bench repair needs another review

CPSC’s September 17, 2026 bench recall expansion covers about 6,000 Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid saunas. The agency says the earlier repair was ineffective. If your sauna is affected, stop using it and contact Sauna360 for another free repair, even if you completed the 2025 remedy. Source: CPSC expanded bench recall.

For an absent owner, the practical risk is an outdated completion record. Your household file may contain an invoice, photographs and a reassuring “done” email from last year. Preserve those documents, but label them 2025 remedy—September 2026 review required until Sauna360 confirms the current position for your unit.

Ask your representative to open a new entry dated September 22, 2026. Keep the old repair history attached so the manufacturer can see what happened previously. A historical receipt establishes prior work; it does not establish that the latest instructions have been satisfied.

Match your model and serial number to the September 2026 expansion

Use the expanded September notice when identifying your sauna. The bench recall includes Halmstad 2, 3 and 4 and Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3, subject to the listed configurations and serial ranges.

CPSC identifies the serial-label locations as:

  • Halmstad: beneath the upper bench, on the left, above the electrical contactor box.
  • Kiruna Hybrid: on the right wall beneath the right side of the upper bench.

The manual supplies the model information. Compare both identifiers against the September 2026 model and serial table.

Have your representative photograph an accessible label and the manual’s identification page. Preserve the full serial string, including letters and suffixes, rather than recording only its final digits. If the label cannot be read without moving components, ask Sauna360 how to proceed.

Send the images to the manufacturer and request written confirmation of applicability. Until you receive it, record identification pending. An unreadable label is an unanswered question, not a reason to mark the recall inapplicable.

Check the separate infrared recall before closing your repair file

CPSC’s separate September 17, 2026 infrared recall covers about 41,580 U.S. units, including Kiruna Hybrid 2-15, 2-20 and 3. Your bench repair record cannot establish completion of this different remedy. Ask Sauna360 to check your equipment against both notices and document each result separately. The infrared notice concerns panels that may short circuit and overheat, creating fire and burn hazards. It directs affected owners to discontinue use immediately and contact Sauna360 for a free repair at home by a professional installer. Those instructions apply to affected hybrid saunas, too; do not infer permission to use another operating mode. See the CPSC remedy instructions.

Give the two issues separate records:

RecordReferenceEvidence needed before administrative closure
BenchCPSC 26-783Manufacturer’s applicability response, current remedy documentation and written instructions concerning use
InfraredCPSC 26-784Separate applicability response, remedy documentation where applicable and written instructions concerning use

A shared manufacturer case number is workable if both recall references remain explicit. If Sauna360 confirms one notice does not apply, retain that response rather than leaving the field blank.

Build your remote repair handoff: records, manufacturer case and installer access

As of September 2026, Sauna360 offers affected bench-recall owners a free repair at home by a professional installer. For scheduling, call 866-936-5962 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, or email recall@sauna360.com. Ask how your local representative should arrange access during those five weekday service windows. Source: Sauna360 bench notice.

Create one handoff document with a separate status field for each recall. Include:

  • Identity: model, complete serial number, label photographs, purchase records and previous repair documents.
  • Manufacturer response: applicability for each notice, case reference, response date and contact.
  • Current restrictions: the instructions received, who has been informed and any unanswered questions.
  • Visit arrangements: installer contact, confirmed appointment, access contact and manufacturer-requested preparation.
  • Outstanding work: parts, follow-up visits or documentation still needed, with a responsible person and next follow-up date.
  • Completion evidence: service report identifying the remedy performed and written instructions concerning return to use.

For your South of Fifth condominium, ask building management about contractor registration, service-elevator reservations and permitted work hours. For your Venetian Islands home, confirm parking, gate access and the route to the sauna. Treat these as property-specific questions; do not assume an installer appointment includes access approval.

Share access credentials through your established secure channel, separately from a broadly circulated repair file. Agree who will admit the installer, remain reachable and secure the property afterward.

Black Tie White Glove’s vendor access and specialist coordination can support these arrangements and follow-ups. Recall applicability and technical repair instructions should come from Sauna360 and its designated repair professionals.

Keep unresolved restrictions visible seven days before arrival and on arrival day

Seven days before your return, review both records alongside your arrival preparation. This is a suggested planning checkpoint, not a promised repair turnaround.

Check whether the appointment is confirmed, whether any work remains and whether completion documents identify both applicable recalls. “Installer attended” is not a complete status: the visit may have addressed only one issue.

Use a short arrival note with four fields:

Bench status:
Infrared status:
Current use instructions:
Next action, responsible person and follow-up date:

Carry unresolved restrictions into the briefing your household actually reads. Inform anyone preparing the home that the sauna must remain outside the usual readiness routine while a stop-use instruction applies.

On arrival day, reconcile the briefing with the latest manufacturer correspondence. If a repair is complete but instructions remain unclear, request clarification before treating the sauna as available. Do not substitute an informal test run for that clarification.

Arrange local coordination for your seasonal return

Your representative needs enough authority to arrange access, collect records and follow up, with a clear route back to you for decisions.

To discuss that scope, request a private consultation with your arrival date and coordination needs, or review estate-care packages and memberships. Keep Sauna360’s recall line separate from your property-coordination arrangements so technical questions reach the manufacturer directly.
