• Interior temperature, humidity clues, odors, leaks, lighting, appliance alerts, and obvious maintenance concerns
• Pool, landscape, driveway, dock, garage, vehicle, and access-point status where those items are part of the agreed scope
• Mail, package, contractor access, and time-sensitive owner requests
